Marionville Road Feasibility


The design intervention is considered as a link between the existing property level and the unique topography - establishing connections at the front and rear while providing a new access to the basement level accommodation.  The proposal only reveals its true scale as the land falls away to the rear of the site - from the street the new build element remains subsidiary in respect to the existing property. The intervention acts as a circulation light well - enhancing the qualitative spatial aspects of the basement accommodation through enhanced volume and light.
