Polwarth Gardens

The project consisted of the refurbishment and alteration of a ground floor main door apartment in Polwarth. The key design moves were the relocation of the kitchen and the creation of a new study at the rear of the property overlooking the garden.

Each room was renewed to enhance the period features and quality of light.  A simple palette of materials was carefully considered to emphasise volume and create a contemporary aesthetic.
