How do we do it?
In our experience, early conversations with our clients have been integral to the success of our projects. This is often before a brief has been formed or in some cases before a site has been found.
To give you a sense of how we work, we have summarised our process into three steps:
1. Define
We start each project with an Options Appraisal to clearly set out the spatial brief, budget, and timescale for your project. This provides clear information about the process ahead, and gives the project a rock solid foundation.
2. Collaborate
We will work closely with you to develop options and ideas that optimise your home by making the most of the site, space and money available. Through careful consultation and updates, we ensure that the design solution is perfectly suited to the way you want to live.
3. Realise
We strive for design excellence but are also there on site to ensure the end result is of the highest quality. We provide a single point of contact to you and manage all members of the team throughout the design and construction process.
