Planning permission granted for our clients in Edinburgh

We are pleased to report that our application to extend our client's property in Alnwickhill Road - Edinburgh has been granted. The project has developed through its technical design stage and our warrant application has been submitted in preparation for a site start in the coming months.

A new extension will open up the rear of the house to connect with the garden, replacing an existing conservatory to provide a single space with distinct areas for the kitchen, dining and living.

The single volume is efficient and fluid while creating a dynamic and contemporary family space. We are delighted that this important step has been achieved and for the positive change it will bring for our clients.
